Robert A. Deak (Claimant) appeals an order of the Workmen’s Compensation Appeal Board (Board) which affirmed a referee’s decision and order granting USX Corporation’s (Employer) petition to modify Claimant’s compensation benefits and finding Employer entitled to a grace period or credit for future medical payments against a balance of recovery from a third party settlement received by Claimant.
