THIS MATTER is before the Court on Defendant’s motions for summary judgment on Defendant’s counterclaim and Plaintiff's complaint.
I. FACTUAL BACKGROUND.
The record in this case indicates that the dispute in this matter involves the termination of Plaintiff by Defendant.
