This case is here on rehearing. We originally affirmed the circuit court order granting summary disposition for defendant Allstate Insurance Company under MCR 2.116(C)(10). Buczkowski v Allstate Ins Co, 193 Mich App 673; 484 NW2d 766 (1992). Plaintiff argues in his motion for rehearing that our original opinion created an overly broad, unexpected and unanticipated negligent act exclusion based on defendant’s homeowners’ insurance policy.
