This is an appeal from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County dismissing the1 appeal of Frank Chabotar (claimant) whose petition for further medical services, filed with the Workmen’s Compensation Board (Board), now the Workmen’s Compensation Appeal Board, was denied as being untimely.
