{¶ 1} Plaintiffs Nancy Duitch, individually and as the guardian of Nathan Duitch, a minor, appeal from a summary judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of Stark County, Ohio, entered in favor of defendants Canton City Schools District Board of Education on behalf of the Canton City Schools and the city of Canton Board of Education.
