SHORT, Judge.

A jury convicted Eric Dion Davis of first-degree criminal sexual conduct in violation of Minn.Stat. § 609.342, subd. 1(d) (dangerous weapon), second-degree assault in violation of Minn.Stat. § 609.222, subd. 1 (dangerous weapon), and possession of a short-barreled shotgun in violation of Minn.Stat. § 609.67, subd. 2.
