Allen Dale Hudlow was convicted of two counts of first degree rape, two counts of first degree kidnapping, and one count of second degree assault. In the same trial, Douglas B. Harper was convicted of one count of first degree rape and two counts of first degree kidnapping. In a separate proceeding, Hudlow was found to be a habitual criminal under the provisions of RCW 9.92.090. Both Hudlow and Harper appealed.
