Plaintiffs’ latest of many motions to compel that have required court resolution in this products liability case seeks to obtain *497production of documents related to two lawsuits brought against defendant Ohtsu (“Oht-su” or “defendant”) in other jurisdictions. The first was filed in state court in Texas, Hernandez v.
