Versata Software, Inc. , No. 15-10628-MFL-EAS (E.D. Mich.) (the "Michigan case"), have filed a Motion for Protective Order and to Quash Ford Motor Company's Subpoena to Third Party McKool Smith to Produce Documents, see Dkt.
