On or about November 14, 1929, a policy of accident insurance was issued to Harry Rubinson by the North American Accident Insurance Company of Chicago. The insured died, on or about June 15, 1980, as the result of bodily injuries received in an automobile accident. His Widow, Ethel Rubinson, as beneficiary under the policy, and O. L. Walker, to whom she assigned one-twentieth of the proceeds of the policy in suit, are the plaintiffs herein.
