IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE DISTRICT OF NEBRASKA RICHARD D. MYERS, Trustee, Plaintiff, 4:22-CV-3039 vs. MEMORANDUM AND ORDER GALEN STEHLIK and STEHLIK LAW FIRM, Defendants. This is a legal malpractice case. The defendants, Galen Stehlik and the Stehlik Law Firm, represented Kurt and Kathy Kroeger in a Chapter 12 bankruptcy proceeding. See filing 2 at 1; case no.
