Marco Sanchez-Velasco petitions for review of the decision of the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) affirming the immigration judge’s (IJ’s) denial of his application for cancellation of removal on the basis that he failed to prove that he had been continuously physically present in the United States for ten years, as required under 8 U.S.C. § 1229b(b)(l)(A).
