Mohamed Allalen, a native and citizen of Algeria, petitions for review of a Board of Immigration Appeals (“BIA”) order that affirmed an Immigration Judge’s (“IJ”) decision denying his application for asylum, withholding of removal, and protection under the Convention Against Torture (“CAT”). Kassem Hachem and his family, natives and citizens of Lebanon, petition this court for review of a BIA order that affirmed the IJ’s decision denying withholding of removal and CAT protection.
