MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
RICHARD L. SPEER, Bankruptcy Judge.
This cause comes before the Court for Trial on the Complaint To Determine Dis-chargeability in the above entitled adversary action. The Court has heard both the evidence and arguments presented by each of the parties in this case. The parties have also been afforded the opportunity to file any post-trial arguments they wished the Court to consider.
