ROGER, Chief Judge.

The appellant, Dr. Gregory Charles Fors, is a chiropractor who lost his license following allegations that he engaged in sexual conduct with several patients and employees, including the plaintiff-appellee, Connie Lee Johnson. Johnson filed a lawsuit against Fors in Minnesota state court seeking to recover damages. Fors filed for relief under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code, which stayed the pending state court action.
