MEMORANDUM

JAMES N. GABRIEL, Bankruptcy Judge.

The plaintiffs Complaint seeks a determination that a judgment for libel he obtained against the debtor in state court in the sum of $15,000 is nondischargeable pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(6). The plaintiff alleges that the debt arose out of the debtor’s willful and malicious injury. The debtor’s Answer denies that the plaintiff’s claim arose out of willful and malicious injury.
