¶ 1. The Office of Lawyer Regulation (OLR) appeals the report of James W Mohr, Jr., referee, recommending that Attorney David A. Goluba's license to practice law in Wisconsin be suspended for six months and that he be ordered to pay restitution to three aggrieved parties including the Wisconsin Lawyers' Fund for Client Protection (the Fund). The OLR alleged seven counts of misconduct and sought revocation of Attorney Goluba's license to practice law, along with restitution.
