Plaintiff appeals as of right from an order denying its motion for summary disposition and granting defendants’ motion for summary disposition. We reverse and remand.

This case arises out of plaintiff’s application to have a parcel of its property in defendant Cannon Township rezoned as a planned unit development (pud) district to allow for the development of seven*4teen single-family condominium units to be named, collectively, Egypt Valley Woods.
