This action was brought to compel the specific performance of an alleged contract for the sale and purchase of real estate. The appearing defendants demurred to the complaint of the plaintiff on the ground that it did not state facts sufficient to constitute a cause of action. The demurrer to the complaint was by the court sustained, and plaintiff was allowed twenty days in which to file an amended complaint.
