This is a suit for foreclosure of mortgage on real estate. The appeal is from an order of the district court, refusing to grant an injunction pendente lite, in favor of Minnie H. Bingham, a defendant, and against the plaintiff and Richard Manger and Clara Manger, other defendants.

Plaintiff is and was a national bank. April 11, 1924, for a valuable consideration, Minnie H. Bingham, a defendant herein, and Frank R.
