This is an action in injunction to restrain the defendants from removing the county seat or their offices, files, records, papers and property from Poplar to Wolf Point. The defendants are the board of county commissioners and .other officers of the county. It involves a county seat election contest, growing out of the election held November 7, 1922, wherein the towns of Poplar and Wolf Point were candidates for the permanent county seat of Roosevelt county.
