The National Labor Relations Board has petitioned for an order restraining certain persons from instituting, prosecuting, or maintaining any action or proceeding or invoking any process to carry into effect certain writs and injunctive orders issuing from the courts of the state of Idaho in actions by them against various named employees of Sunshine Mining Company to whom back pay is required to be paid by that Company under the terms of the decree of this court, the intent or purport of which proceedings is to prevent or restrain Sunshine from paying directly to the…
