MEMORANDUM OF DECISION
TERRY MYERS, Bankruptcy Judge.
In this adversary proceeding, James and Kelly Leimbach (“Plaintiffs”) seek to obtain an order denying the discharge of chapter 7 debtor Thomas William Lane (“Defendant”). See Doc. No. 1 (Adversary Complaint). The matter comes before the Court at this time upon (a) Plaintiffs’ motion to compel answers to certain discovery, Doc. No. 11, and (b) Defendant’s motion for summary judgment, Doc. No. 8. These motions were heard on September 30, 2003 and taken under advisement at the conclusion of hearing.
