WILLIAMS, District Judge:
Ronald and Carol Margolis appeal the district court’s grant of summary judgment, refusal to allow a continuance, and award of attorneys’ fees. We have jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1291 and affirm.
FACTS AND PRIOR PROCEEDINGS
Plaintiff-appellant Dr. Ronald Margolis and his medical clinic, Gynecological Associates, Inc. (“GAI”), specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of sexually transmitted diseases, pregnancy counseling, and pregnancy termination.
