Laro Maintenance Corporation petitions for review of the decision and order of the National Labor Relations Board finding that Laro had violated §§ (8)(a)(l) and (3) of the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. §§ 158(a)(1) and (3), by discriminating against certain applicants for employment based on their union membership.
