MEMORANDUM OPINION
ALDON J. ANDERSON, Chief Judge.
Non-jury trial of the present action was conducted on September 25 and subsequent dates in September, October, and November of 1978. Final arguments were concluded on November 24, and the court took the entire matter under advisement at that time.
JURISDICTION AND VENUE
This action was commenced in state court on or about April 30,1976, when Craig Food Industries, Inc. (CFI) filed suit against Taco Time International, Inc. (TTI) for a declaratory judgment as to certain disputed matters arising out of a licensing agreement between the parties.…
