This case is before the Court on Plaintiffs’ Motion for Abstention and Remand (Doc. 14), supported by a memorandum of law (Doc. 15) and affidavits (Docs. 16 & 17). Defendants filed a response in opposition (Doc. 24) and with the Court’s permission, plaintiffs filed a brief in reply (Doc. 28).
