In this consolidated class action the plaintiffs claim that the defendants New York Community Bancorp. (“NYCB”), and Joseph R. Ficalora, Joseph L. Manci-no, Michael F. Manzulli, Michael Puorro, Robert Wann, Anthony E. Burke, James J. O’Donovan, Thomas R.
