In our opinion handed down December 10, 1934, we held that the by-laws invoked by the appellant in its contention that controversies arising between members and the Brotherhood must first be adjudicated by the association before appeal to the court, related to controversies arising out of questions of policy, doctrine or discipline and had no application to claims arising out of contracts. It was upon this theory that our opinion was based.
