— The State appeals dismissal of an information filed against Terri Wirth for sale of a controlled substance. The issue on appeal is the propriety of the trial court's dismissal for excessive and unjustified delay between the filing of the information and arrest. We affirm.

On January 16, 1980, an information was filed, and a warrant for arrest was issued, charging Wirth with selling a controlled substance to two police informants on September 16, 1979.
