This action seeks review of four determinations by the United States Department of Commerce (“Commerce”) in the fifth administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain frozen warmwater shrimp from the People’s Republic of China (“China” or the “PRC”). 1 Before the court is Plaintiffs motion pursuant to US-CIT Rule 56.2 for judgment on the agency record.
