Plaintiffs Brett and Patricia Bartley, creditors of Debtor Neil Jacobson, seek a determination that $33,704.50 of debts owed to them by Jacobson are nondis-chargeable under the exceptions to discharge found in 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(A) and § 523(a)(6).
