This is a petition for review of the Court of Appeal’s decision to reverse the trial court’s order denying defendant’s motion to withdraw his guilty plea.

The pertinent facts are as follows. Geno Mauro was charged by information with delivery of a controlled substance under I.C. § 37-2732. On December 2, 1987, Mauro entered a guilty plea pursuant to a negotiated plea agreement.
