Certiorari to review a judgment of the superior court of the city and county of San Francisco imposing upon plaintiff a fine of five hundred dollars for contempt of court.

The judgment in the contempt proceedings against plaintiff declared him guilty of contempt for his refusal to answer any of eleven questions propounded to him by the grand jury of the city and county of San Francisco, after having been directed by the superior court to answer the same, and adjudged that for said contempt he pay a fine of five hundred dollars, and, further, that he be imprisoned in the county jail of said…
