DARDEN, Judge:

Despite his plea to' the contrary, the accused was tried and convicted by a general court-martial at Quang Tri, Republic of Vietnam, for the willful disobedience of an order, in violation of Article 90, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC § 890. He was sentenced to a bad-conduct discharge, confinement at hard labor for two years, forfeiture of $50.00 per month for the same period, and reduction to the pay grade of E-l.
