The accused was convicted of failing to obey a lawful order (Charge II), willful disobedience of a command by a superior commissioned officer (specification 1, Charge III), biting the same officer, while he was in the execution of his office (specification 2, Charge III), and attempted escape from custody (Charge IV), in violation of Articles 92, 90 and 80, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC §§ 892, 890, 880, respectively.
