CASE SUMMARY

Appellant-Defendant, City of Hobart (Hobart), appeals from a judgment in favor of Appellees-Plaintiffs, Jeffrey L. Chides-ter et al. (Remonstrators), holding Annexation Ordinance 90-06 invalid. We affirm.
