This appeal presents the issue whether Armando Antonio Castro is entitled to va-catur of his guilty plea on the ground that the district court committed plain error, in violation of Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 11(c)(1), by advising Castro about the penal consequences of rejecting his written plea agreement. Castro entered a written agreement with the United States to plead guilty to several counts of his indictment, but Castro renounced his agreement on the morning of his change of plea hearing.
