1Opinion of the Court

CARNES, Circuit Judge:

Vladimir Rodriguez appeals his 109-month sentences for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute 3, 4-methylenedi-oxymethamphetamine (“MDMA”), also known as ecstasy, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(b)(1)(C) and 846, and possession with intent to distribute MDMA, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2 and 21 U.S.C. § 841(b)(1)(C). Rodriguez argues that the district court’s calculation of the amount of MDMA attributable to him in determining his base offense level, pursuant to the United States Sentencing Guidelines (“guidelines”), was not supported by the evidence.
