The respondent mother, Blanca, L., appeals from the judgment of the trial court terminating her parental rights with respect to her minor daughter, A.1 She claims that the court improperly (1) denied her motion to exclude testimony from an expert witness, (2) concluded that she had failed to achieve a sufficient degree of personal rehabilitation, (3) concluded that there was no ongoing parent-child relationship and (4) concluded that the department of children and families (department) had made reasonable efforts to reunite her with A.
