In this action for declaratory relief, defendant-appellanVcross-appellee First Insurance Company of Hawaii, Ltd. (First Insurance) appeals from the circuit court’s orders granting summary judgment in favor of plaintiff-appellee/cross-appellant Sentinel Insurance Company, Ltd.
