1 1 Appellant Sandra L. Tretheway, Trustee of the Tretheway Family Trust (Trethe-way), appeals the district court's grant of Appellees' (Borrowers) motion for summary judgment and its denial of her motion for summary judgment. Tretheway also appeals the denial of her motion to amend her complaint.
