GIERKE, Justice.

DeVerne Michlitsch appeals from a judgment of conviction entered on a jury verdict finding her guilty of possession of marijuana with intent to deliver in violation of § 19-03.1-23(1), N.D.C.C. We reverse and remand for a new trial.

As the result of an undercover drug investigation, law enforcement officers obtained search warrants and searched trailers 12 and 13 at Mr. B’s Estates in Bur-leigh County late in the evening of July 8, 1987.
