The Oregon Medical Board (board) concluded that petitioner engaged in unprofessional conduct and willfully disobeyed a board order, and, as a consequence, it revoked his license to practice medicine, fined him $10,000, and ordered him to pay the costs of the disciplinary proceedings— $14,599.05.
