CLEMENT, District Judge.
Before the Court is plaintiffs’ Motion to Remand. For the following reasons, plaintiffs’ motion is DENIED.
A. BACKGROUND
In September 1998, plaintiffs Hibernia Community Development Corporation, Inc. (“HCDC”) and Hibernia National Bank (“Hibernia”) contracted with defendant U.S.E. Community Services Group, Inc. (“U.S.E.”) to administer Project Renaissance, a program to assist low income, elderly, and handicapped residents in repairing and remodeling their homes.
