This case is before the Court pursuant to a Notice of Removal filed by Co-defendant Monitronics International, Inc. (“Monitronics”) in the above captioned case, which was filed before the Puerto Rico Court of First Instance, San Juan Part. Docket # 1. Monitronics also filed a motion to dismiss the case pursuant to Fed.R.CivP. 12(b)(6). Docket #6. Plaintiff Renaissance Marketing, Inc.
