JOHNSON, J.:

¶ 1 Pennsylvania Life and Health Insurance Guaranty Association (PLHIGA) appeals the trial court’s orders denying PLHIGA’s motion for summary judgment, certifying the class plaintiffs and, subsequently, granting the plaintiffs motion for summary judgment.
