On March 12, 1924, plaintiff, Miss Louise Broussard, filed suit against Leo Rosenblum for Nine Thousand ($9000.00) Dollars damages for personal injuries alleged to have been suffered in an automobile accident, which occurred September 23, 1923, such suit being No. 151,552 of the docket of the Civil District Court for this parish.. In Paragraph 1 of plaintiff’s petition it is alleged:
“That Leo Rosenblum, of lawful age and a resident of this city and state, is justly and truly indebted unto your petitioner in the full sum of Nine Thousand ($9000.00) Dollars, etc.”
