Plaintiff Voice Systems Marketing Company (“VSM”) brought suit against defendants Appropriate Technology Corporation (“ATC”) and Kenneth Muehring alleging breach of an exclusive licensing agreement and related claims. Defendants contend that plaintiff used fraud or artifice to procure service of process.
