This is a case for breach of contract, misrepresentation, and fraud. Plaintiff alleges that it contracted with defendant Gen-Star Industries Company, Ltd., a Taiwanese corporation, to purchase emergency roadside flashers for automobiles and that the flashers did not comply with federal law as required by the contract of sale, despite the fact that defendant Yang certified that the flashers would comply with federal regulations.
